温度对白僵菌加拿大1号菌株侵染烟粉虱的影响

摘要 为明确温度对白僵菌侵染烟粉虱的影响,在5个温度(19、22、25、28、31 ℃)条件下观察研究白僵菌加拿大1号菌株的孢子萌发率、菌丝生长速度、胞外蛋白酶及几丁质酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:28 ℃时,加拿大1号菌株的上述参数值均最大,对烟粉虱的致病力最高;温度过低或过高,孢子萌发率、菌丝生长速率、胞外蛋白酶及几丁质酶活性均显著降低,对烟粉虱的致病力也显著减弱。 To identify the effects of temperature on the infection of Beauveria bassiana Cananda No.1isolate against the tobacco whitefly, Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius),the spore germination rate,mycelial growthspeed,changes in activities of extracellular proteinase and chitinase were observed and studied under 5 differenttemperature conditions(19,22,25,28,31℃). The results showed that the isolate Cananda No.1 ownedthe maximum parameter values and the highest virulence against B. tabaci at temperature of 28 ℃ . The sporegermination rate,mycelial growth speed,activities of extracellular proteinase and chitinase,and virulence against B.Tabaci were significantly reduced when the temperature was higher or lower than 28 ℃ .
