摘要
在实行妇幼保健有偿服务过程中,应处理好有偿服务与无偿服务,有偿服务与分级管理;有偿服务与目标管理;有偿服务与积累发展的关系。以使妇幼保健有偿服务健康发展,取得更大的社会效益与经济效益。
In this paper author suggests that four relations shouould be well solved in pay maternal and child health service (PMCHS) in order to achieve its benefits both socially and economically. These four relations are: (1) relation between PMCHS and free service; (2) relation between PMCHS and graded management; (3) relation between PMCHS and management by objectives; (4) relation between PMCHS and accumulation developement.
