摘要
辅导员作为一线的学生工作者,在处置突发事件中担负着重要职责,其应急管理能力势必影响到事件的处置情况。辅导员可从常态工作中的预防能力和应急工作时的执行能力两方面提升应急管理能力。
University instructor, who works for students, shoulders the responsibility in dealing with emergencies, whose emergency management capability will exert influence on the disposition of the occurrences. Instructors should promote their emergency management capability from both prevention capability in their normal work and executive capability in the emergent state.
