摘要
目的研究钾肥不同施用量对金荞麦的影响。方法设5个K20不同施用量,考察各处理的金荞麦产量、植株性状及品质。结果当K2O施用量达75kg/hm2时,金荞麦根茎鲜重最高,金养麦根茎表儿茶素在施钾量37.5kg/hm2时最高,醇溶性浸出物在施钾量75kg/hm2时最高,5个施钾水平的水分和总灰分均低于药典标准。结论在金荞麦种植中,适宜的K:0用量为37.5~75kg/hm2,可获得较高根茎产量和优良的品质。
Objective To study the impact of different potassium fertilization on Fagopyrum cymosum. Methods Five different K20 Fertilization is giving to test Fagopyrum cymosum yield, plant traits and quality in each treatment. Results When K20 ad- minister amount is 75kg/hm2 ,the fresh weight of roots is highest; and the epicatechin leave in Fagopyrum cymosum root arrives it highest when the amount of potassium is 37.5kg/hm2 ; and additionally, the peak alcohol -soluble extract required potassium a- mount is 75kg/hm2. Under the five potassium levels, moisture and total ash are lower than pharmacopoeia standards. Conclusion To obtain high rhizome yield and excellent quality,the appropriate amount of K20 is 37.5 ~ 75kg/hm2 in Fagopyrum cymosum planting.
