妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症是主要发生在妊娠中晚期以皮肤瘙痒和血中胆汁酸增高为主要特征的妊娠期疾病。其主要危害是导致胎儿窘迫,死胎,死产和新生儿窒息等。研究其发病原因及机制,对指导临床治疗有很重要作用。文章就妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的发病原因,诊断,治疗等方面研究进行综述。
