摘要
从下合穴、背俞穴、募穴及其相互配伍治疗胃腑病的理论依据和临床疗效方面探讨腧穴配伍的协同效应,认为科学合理的配伍是提高临床疗效的关键,并且合募配穴适用于急症、热证、腑症,因此临床上可用于应激性胃溃疡的防治,俞募配穴更适用于治疗慢性胃腑疾病,如慢性胃溃疡等的治疗。
Synergistic effects of the combination of acupoints are discussed from the theory study of Xia He point, Back - Shu point, Front - Mu point, and its mutually combination. The science effective compatibility is the key to improve the clinical effica- cy. He - Mu points are more suitable for the treatment of emergency, heat syndrome, and bowel disease. Back - Shu and Front - Mu points are more suitable for the treatment of chronic bowel disease.
