摘要
目的对药用真菌网纹马勃进行生药学研究,为其开发应用提供依据。方法采集网纹马勃子实体,通过性状鉴别和孢子与菌丝显微特征观察,结合文献资料鉴定种类。利用薄层色谱建立网纹马勃专属性薄层鉴别特征,利用高效液相色谱法测定其化学成分含量。结果经性状及显微特征考察,确定为药用真菌"网纹马勃Lycoperdon perlatum Pers."。薄层鉴别研究发现具有多个专属性的薄层色谱斑点,并含有麦角甾醇成分。高效液相色谱法测定其麦角甾醇含量为0.16%。结论通过网纹马勃性状鉴别、光学显微镜和扫描电镜下孢子和菌丝特征、薄层鉴别图谱等,可综合鉴别网纹马勃的真伪,为其鉴别提供了参考依据。麦角甾醇含量可作为其质量控制的指标之一。
Objective Pharmacognostics study on medicinal fungi and Geastrum triplex provides an identifying basis for the devel- opment and application. Methods The sporophore of Geastrum triplex was collected so that its species was identified by researc- hing morphological and microscopic characteristics of spore and mycelium as well as literature. Use TLC to establish Geastrum trip- lex specific characteristics, determine chemical composition content by HPLC . Results The collected Geastrum triplex was identi- fied as the medicinal fungi puffballs - Geastrum triplex ( Jungh. ) E. Fisch. through the study of characters and microscopic charac- teristics. Ergosterol and a plurality of specific TLC spots were found in TLC study. HPLC shows the content of ergosterol in daldinia concentrica is 0.16%. Conclusion Though the identification of characters, observing the characteristics of spore and mycelium by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, and TLC atlas, reference can be provided for the identification of Geastrum triplex. The content of ergosterolcan be selected as a quality control component in Geastrum triplex.
