摘要
目的:观察耳尖穴位放血配合口服健脾养胃丸治疗小儿睑板腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取180例患者随机分成轻度麦粒肿组、中度麦粒肿组、重度麦粒肿组,各组均设治疗组和对照组,对比各组临床疗效。结果:各组内疗效比较治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳尖穴位放血配合口服健脾养胃丸是治疗小儿睑板腺炎的有效方法,简便易行,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Apex points bloodletting with oral Jianpi Yangwei pills for the treatment of pediatric tarsadenitis .Methods：180 patients were randomly divided into the group with mild sty, moderate sty group and severe sty group ,and each group was subdivided into the treatment group and the control group .Compare the clinical efficacy of different groups .Results：According to the comparison of effica-cy ,the different treatment groups were superior to the control groups （ P 〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Apex points bloodletting with oral Jianpi Yangwei pill is an effective method for the treatment of pediatric tarsadenitis , which is simple and worthy of promotion .
