摘要
目的研究痛经宝颗粒治疗原发性痛经的作用。方法取雌性小鼠80只,随机分为痛经宝和对照组,分别以对应药物灌胃3天,再用缩宫素和PGF2α造成2种痛经模型,考察小鼠扭体反应率。另取20只雌性大鼠子宫,分为对照组、痛经宝组,分别加药后,观察两组的子宫收缩频率,幅度和活动度。结果与对照组相比,痛经宝可明显减少小鼠扭体反应率(P<0.05);痛经宝对缩宫素所致的子宫收缩有明显拮抗作用(P<0.05)。结论痛经宝对鼠原发性痛经有明显治疗作用。
Objective To observe the therapy effects of Tongjingbao Granules on treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 80 female mice were divided into 2 groups-normal control group and Tongjingbao-treated group. The mice were used to made two deference models with oxytocin and PGF2α after intragastric administration. Then the writhing response of the mice were observed. 20 females rat uterus were divided into 2 groups-normal control group and Tongjingbao-treated group to observe the amplitude,frequency and activity of rat uterine smooth muscle after dosing. Results The Tongjingbao Granules can markedly decrease the number of writhing response of mouse and isolated uterus constraction of rats. Conclusions The Tongjingbao Granules play a significant role in the treatment on primary dysmenorrhea.
