摘要
目的建立骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的白芷、秦艽。结果白芷、秦艽薄层鉴别效果好。结论所建立的方法准确简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality control standards forgucixiaotong capsules. Methods TLC method of dahurian angelica root,Gentiana macrophylla. Results Angelica,Radix Gentianae macrophyllae TLC identification effect is good. Conclusion the established method is simple,accurate with strong specificity,good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of gucixiaotong capsules.
