摘要
目的考察不同厂家不同批次的牛膝配方颗粒中蜕皮甾酮的含量。方法应用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定。结果不同厂家的牛膝配方颗粒中蜕皮甾酮的含量有明显差异。结论该方法准确、直观性好,可用于牛膝配方颗粒中蜕皮甾酮的含量测定。
Objective To investigate the content of ecdysterone in dispensing granule of Achyranthes bientatae B1. from different pharmaceutical factories. Methods The content of ecdysterone was detected by RP- HPLC. Results The congtents of ecdysterone in the samples from different pharmaceutical factories were varied. Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used to determine the content of dispensing granule of Achyranthes bientatae B1.
