摘要
针对新版断裂韧性测试规范扩大的裂纹长度适用范围,利用有限元精细分析用于平面应变断裂韧度KIC评定中割线法确定临界载荷PQ的相对割线斜率ΔS的合理性,提出0.45≤a/W≤0.7范围内的相对割线斜率ΔS的表达式。结果表明:现行规范推荐的相对割线斜率ΔS不再适合于确定0.55<a/W≤0.7范围内的临界载荷PQ,其最大相对误差已近8%。
In the new version of the test standards for KIC determination, the expanded range of crack size was given. In this field, the reasonability of relative secant slope △Sused for the determination of critical load PQ was investigated on the basis of the refined finite element analysis. An expression for the relative secant slope △Swithin the range of a/W from 0.45 to 0.7 was proposed. The results show that, the relative secant slope AS recommended by current test standards is not suitable to determine critical load PQ when a/W is between 0.55 and 0.7, the maximum relative error reaches to 8%.
