摘要
结合国家对卫生信息化的规划和指导,探索建立基于电子健康档案的慢病防控区域信息平台,介绍该平台的组成框架,阐述其主要功能,分析平台建设的重点问题,通过数据交换和资源共享,最终实现防控慢性病的目的。
Combined with the national planning and guidance for health informatization,the paper discusses the construction of regional information platform for chronic diseases prevention and control based on electronic health records,introduces the constitution framework of the platform,elaborates the main functions,analyzes the key problems.Through data exchange and resource sharing,chronic diseases could be prevented and controlled.
