摘要
目前工业控制所用PLC种类繁多,很多时候需要同一厂家不同型号PLC之间进行通讯,或者不同厂家PLC之间也需要进行信号传输。不管采用CC-Link、PROFIBUS-DP、CAN总线或工业以太网等,通信协议、硬件连接、应用软件调试是非常烦琐的,本文通过施耐德系列PLC之间的通讯研究,利用以太网模块,详尽说明了不同PLC之间通讯方法。
There are many different kinds of currently used PLC industrial control,and most of the time need to be communicated between different types of PLC in same manufacturer,or signal transmission need existence between different manufacturers of PLC.Regardless of the CC-Link,profibus-dp,CAN bus and industrial Ethernet,the communication protocol,hardware connection and software debugging is very complicated,this paper research based on schneider series PLC communication, using Ethernet module,exhausted illustrating the communication methdos between different PLC.
