摘要
介绍了西门子S7-300 PLC与人机界面结合的一例应用。针对汽车联轴器压装系统中控制节点多和控制顺序步骤多的特点,通过西门子的S7-300 PLC对工厂联轴器压装的过程进行自动化控制,利用触摸屏可视性强的特点,使其对装配线的生产流程进行有效地实时监控,也可以对一些重要参数进行设定,简化操作过程,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。
This paper introduces the application of the S7-300 PLC combined with the Touch Screen.Because there are many control nodes and control steps in the control system of car coupling pressing.It can be controlled automatically with the S7-300 PLC.Taking advantage of strong visibility of the Touch Screen,can carry out the real-time supervision for the process and set some important parameters.It not only simplifies the process greatly,but also improves the efficiency and reduces the production costs.
