摘要
目的总结应用自体组织修复肝外胆管良性狭窄的经验。方法回顾性分析2007-2011年应用带蒂胆囊壁瓣、肝圆韧带脐静脉片修复6例肝外胆管良性狭窄的临床资料。结果 6例病人术后均无胆漏、出血等并发症,术后T管造影显示胆道通畅无狭窄,随访6个月至4年,无胆管炎症状及胆道梗阻发生。结论应用自体组织带蒂胆囊壁瓣,肝圆韧带脐静脉片修复肝外胆管良性狭窄符合生理,取材方便,操作简便,效果良好。
Ohjictive To evaluate the repair of benign constriction of the bile duct wall by auto-tissue patches. Methods The clinical data of repair by pedicled valve of gallbladder in 5 cases and by round ligament of the liver in 1 case were retrospectively analyzed from may 2007 to may 2011. Results There were no complications such as bile leaks and hemorrhage. Cholangiography through T-tube showed patency no bile duct constriction in all postoperative patients. A follow-up from 6 months to 4 years in 6 cases found no cholangitis and no bile duct constriction. Conclusions Repair of benign constriction of bile duct wall by auto-tissue patches is physiologic, convenient and effective.
