摘要
利用应力腐蚀与腐蚀疲劳加载装置,在不同的腐蚀环境和加载方法条件下,对道路混凝土进行硫酸盐静态腐蚀、应力腐蚀和疲劳腐蚀研究。通过物理性能及SEM测试研究破坏过程中道路混凝土的抗弯拉强度、传播声时及微观结构。研究结果表明:道路混凝土的硫酸盐侵蚀过程是一个长期而缓慢的变化过程,但荷载的作用加速了道路混凝土的劣化,按其破坏作用大小为:疲劳腐蚀>应力腐蚀>硫酸盐静态腐蚀;硫酸盐种类对荷载-硫酸盐腐蚀作用下道路混凝土性能有明显的影响,硫酸钠腐蚀损伤大于硫酸镁。
Sulfate static corrosion, stress corrosion and fatigue corrosion of road concrete were researched under different conditions and loading methods by using stress corrosion and fatigue corrosion loading device. Flexural strength, dissemination sound and microstructures of road concrete were measured by physical properties test and SEM analysis during the process. The experimental results show that sulfate attacking process is a long and slow process, and the loading accelerates the degradation of concrete. The degree of degradation effect is as follows, corrosion fatigue〉stress corrosion〉 sulfate corrosion. Sulfate species have a significant impact on the performance of road concrete under load-sulfate corrosion. In addition, the corrosion damage of Na2SO4 is greater than that of MgSO4.
