摘要
采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用;采用对小鼠热板法致痛的方法观察其镇痛作用;采用小鼠断尾出血实验方法观察其止血的作用.结果表明落地生根软膏对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有较好的抑制作用,并能明显提高小鼠痛阈和缩短小鼠的出血时间.因此这种软膏具有明显的抗炎、镇痛和止血的作用.
The anti -inflammatory effect qcas investigated in mice with auricle swelling induced by xylene. The analgesic effectwas investigated in mice with the method of pain - test by hot plate method. The hemostatic effect was investigated in mice with the method of the mouse tail bleeding. The result shows that the ointment has good effect in the inhibiting the swelling of mice ears. It could significantly increase the pain threshold in mice, and it could short the bleeding time of mice. The Ointment has good effects in the anti - inflammatory, analgesic and hemostasis.
