摘要
我国的城市规划管理体制改革 ,已经到了该提上议事日程的时候了。本文就我国城市规划管理体制进行垂直管理取向改革的必要性和重要性 ,以及改革方案的选择等问题 ,作一个初步的探讨 ,以求教于大家 ,并以期引起人们对此事的进一步关注。
This paper expresses the importance and necessity of the institutional reform to establish a vertical urban planning administration and supervision system in China, and the selection of the different reform approaches for the purpose to draw attention from the planning circle.
