摘要
22528工作面为神东矿区首个调斜开采工作面,为保证22528综采工作面顺利调斜开采,工作面采取实中心调斜开采。介绍了调斜方法、调斜工艺流程及设备布置。通过调整转载机和刮板输送机布置角度能够满足调斜开采设备布置要求,调斜开采期间需要对工作面端头进行扩帮。结合调斜方案设计提出对应开采技术措施。
No. 22528 fully mechanized working face is the first slopeadjusting mining face in Shendong mining area. In order to ensure its successful mining,the real center slopeadj usting mining is applied. The slopeadj usting method,process and equipment layout are introduced in this paper. The layout angles of the loader and scraper conveyor are adj usted to meet the requirement of equipment layout for slopeadj usting mining. The slope extension is required in the face end during the slopeadj usting mining. Combined with the design of slopeadj usting mining scheme,corresponding mining measures are proposed.
