Pd-Cu基复合膜透 H2性能的影响因素

Review of main factors on H_2 permeability of Pd-Cu composite membrane

摘要 Pd-Cu膜具有优异的溶解和扩散H2的能力,可用于H2的分离和纯化以及涉氢反应的膜反应器中。介绍了目前Pd-Cu膜的研究进展及存在的主要问题,综述了气氛条件、制备方法和Pd-Cu合金相组成3个方面对Pd-Cu合金复合膜H2渗透性能的影响,并对Pd-Cu复合膜存在的技术问题及其发展方向进行了探讨。 Pd-Cu membrane was excellent in the dissolution and diffusion of hydrogen. It can be used for the separation and purification of hydrogen and in a membrane reactor involving hydrogen reaction. The research progress and the main problems of Pd-Cu membrane were introduced. The influences of atmosphere condition, preparation method and Pd-Cu alloy phase composition on permeability of the membranes were reviewed. The technical problems of the membranes and its development direction were discussed.
