摘要
[目的]研究连翘种子质量检验方法以及其分级标准。[方法]对省内不同产地的连翘种子的品质进行各项检测,并将各项指标综合后用SPSS软件进行K聚类分析。[结果]以连翘种子净度、五百粒重、含水率、发芽率、种子活力5项为指标,初步确定了连翘种子三级质量标准。连翘种子分级的5项指标中,发芽率和五百粒重2项指标作为主要分级依据。含水量、净度、种子活力3个指标作为次要分类依据。[结论]研究结果为连翘种子分级提供了参考。
[Objective] The aim was to study seed quality standards and classification standard of Forsythia suspens（Thunb.）Vahl. [Method] The seed quality of Forsythiasu spensa（Thunb.）Vahl from different producing areas in Shanxi Province were measured, and these indexes were analyzed by K-clustering. [Result] The Forsythiasu spensa（Thunb.）Vahl seed three grade quality standards were determined by using indexes of seed purity, five hundred grain weight, moisture content, germination rate, seed vigor, initially. Among five indexes,germination rate and five hundred grain weight were the main basises for classification,and the moisture content, seed purity and seed vigor were the secondary bases for classification.[Conclusion] The results provided references for seed classification of Forsythia suspensa（Thunb.）Vahl.
