浅谈用ASME Ⅷ-1设计常规压力容器和核电非核级容器之不同

摘要 从设计工况和载荷、管法兰计算、疲劳分析的判定、稳定性分析以及地脚螺栓计算等几个方面来阐述运用ASMEⅧ-1来设计常规压力容器和核电非核级容器的不同之处,说明用ASMEⅧ-1结合客户的工程技术文件来设计核电非核级容器这一操作模式是可行的。 In this article,from the aspects of working condition,calculation of pipe flange,fatigue analysis,stability analysis and calculation of anchor bolts,the differences existed between the designs of normal pressure vessel and nonnuclear vessels used in nuclear electricity industry were stated.It was concluded that the design mode of applying ASME VIII-1 in designing nonnuclear vessels used in nuclear electricity industry with the requirement from user can be acceptable.
