摘要
基于基波分析法(FHA)对LLC谐振变换器进行建模分析,并以此为依据提出一种简化的参数设计方法.该方法根据谐振电路的二端口模型得到归一化工作频率和电压增益的关系,按照规定输入输出的要求确定电压增益后得到谐振工作频率,进而可以得到谐振电路的特性阻抗和谐振腔元件参数.利用Saber软件仿真和硬件实验验证了该方法的有效性,表明所设计的变换器可实现开关管的零电压开通和整流二极管的零电流关断,能够降低开关损耗,提高装置效率.
In this paper, a simplified parameter design method was proposed based on the first harmonic approximation method ( FHA ) of LLC resonant converter modeling analysis. By this method normalized frequency and voltage gain of the work was made on the resonant circuit of two-port model, resonant frequency then determined from the voltage gain according to the input and output requirements, and characteristics of the resonant circuit impedance and cavity components parameters thus achieved. Effectiveness of the method has been verified based on the Saber software simulation and hardware experiment. The results show that the converter can achieve zero voltage conduction and zero current turn off of rectifier diode, so as to improve efficiency to reduce losses.
