摘要
摇包作为一种具有混合搅拌功能的冶金反应器,在铸造、铁合金等工业生产中的应用十分广泛。本文介绍了摇包的特点及其发展历史,综述了摇包在铸铁熔炼脱硫、中低碳锰铁生产等冶金领域的应用实例,并展望了今后摇包工艺在冶金领域其他方向的应用前景。指出目前研究工作中多以工艺研究为主,未涉及对摇包内流场的理论研究。最后对摇包今后的研究方向提出了一些建议。
The evolution of shaking ladle and its applications on the desulfurization of molten iron and low & medium carbon FeMn manufacturing process have been presented with its future application prospects. It has been indicated that the main problem existed in the shaking ladle researches heretofore was that most of the researchers paid attention to the industry processes without fluid field behaviors involved. Some proposals about the research direction of shaking ladle have been also raised.
