摘要
本文结合2007年以来湖北电网高压隔离开关的非停事件统计情况,分析了高压隔离开关非停的技术原因、责任原因等,并提出了针对性的防范措施。
In this paper,combining high voltage isolating switch unplanned outages event which statistics in Hubei power grid since 2007,the technical reasons and liability reasons of high voltage isolating switch unplanned outages are analyzed,and targeted preventive measures are proposed.
