摘要
目的研究乳酸米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2012年2月～2013年7月期间收治的70例难治性心力衰竭患者进行研究分析,所有患者划分为治疗组与对照组,两组各35例。常规治疗基础上,对照组行5μg/(kg·min)多巴胺持续泵入治疗,治疗组行0.5μg/(kg·min)乳酸米力农注射液,1个疗程为5 d。对比两组的临床疗效与治疗前后静息心率、左心室射血分数以及左心室舒张末径的变化。结果治疗组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组左心室射血分数、静息心率均优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组左心室舒张末径无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳酸米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭具有一定临床疗效。
Objective To observe the Curative effect of milrinone lactate on Refractory heart failure.Methods 70 patients with refractory heart failure Admitted from February 2012 to July 2013 were divided into research group and control group. Each group had 35 cases. Based on regular treatment, the patients of control group were given dopamine[5μg/（kg·min）] to pump into on continuous treatment, while the treatment group were being given milrinone lactate[5μg/（kg＆·min）] injection for a treatment, and a treatment was 5 d. Then compared the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter.Results The Curative effect and the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group were better than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significante（P〈0.05）. The treatment group was no significant different from the control group on left ventricular end diastolic diameter（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Milrinone lactate was good for the treatment of the Refractory heart failure, which is worth popularizing.
