摘要 针对离散制造业由于工艺复杂、生产过程信息多源异构等引起的生产过程管理问题,在车间生产管理系统中引入物联网技术,提出了一种基于物联网技术的装配过程监控体系,并对装配过程监控功能的实现方法进行研究。利用物联网技术对生产过程中多源异构数据进行采集、分析、处理达到对生产过程的全面、实时监控。该监控体系在某汽车发动机装配现场应用结果表明,生产效率和装配质量得到明显的改善,验证了该监控体系的有效性和可行性。 Aiming at the production issues caused by the complicated process and multi-source, heterogeneous data in manufacturing enterprises, the internet of things (loT) technology is introduced to the intermittent manufacturing enterprises to solve the problems. A kind of assembly process monitoring system based on the loT technology is pul tirward and studied, loT technology is used to collect, analyze, process multi-source heterogeneous data to achieve comprehensive real-time monitoring of the production process. The result of applying this monitoring system in automotive engine assembly line shows that the production efficiency and production quality have been improvedobviously and proves the validity and feasibility of the monitoring system.
