强的松对紫癜性肾炎患儿尿转化生长因子-β1的影响 被引量:1

Effect of prednisone on urinary transforming growth factor-beta 1 levels in children with HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis

摘要 目的探讨过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿尿转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)变化及强的松对其的影响。方法用ELISA法检测56例HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1水平,观察强的松治疗对患儿TGF-β1的影响并进行临床分析。结果HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);强的松治疗8周尿蛋白转阴患儿治疗后尿TGF-β1显著下降(P〈0.01),而未转阴患儿治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1显著升高,说明TGF-β1参与了患儿的免疫病理过程,强的松降低患儿尿TGF-β1可能与蛋白尿减少有关。 Objective To investigate effect of prednisone on urinary transforming growth factorbeta 1 ( TGF-β1) levels in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis ( HSPN ). Methods ELISA was used to measure the levels of urinary TGF-β1 in 56 children with HSPN and 31 controls. And the effects of prednisone on children with HSPN with prednisone was analyzed. Results Urinary TGF-β1 levels in children with HSPN were significantly higher than those in controls, and the urinary TGF-β1 levels in children converted to negative urine protein were significantly decreased after treated with prednisone for 8 weeks, and there was no significant difference in children still with urinary protein. Conclusions Urinary TGF-β1 level is increased in children with HSPN, suggesting that reduced urinary TGF-β1 level in children by prednisone may be associated with the reduced proteinuria level.
