摘要
基于三维造型软件UG8.0设计了薄壁件链条盖的浇注系统和排溢系统,并运用压铸模拟软件AnyCasting进行了数值分析,确定了缺陷的种类和位置。进而对原工艺方案进行了优化,获得了一组可靠的优化工艺参数,进而指导工厂的实际生产。
The pouring system and exhaust overflow system of the bearing cap were designed on the basis of 3D modeling software UG8.0, and the casting simulation software AnyCasting was applied to simulation, to determine the defects types and position. The original scheme was optimized, based on the simulation results, and the optimized process parameters were obtained, the actual production was guided on the basis of optimized parameters.
