树脂砂组芯成型,底注立浇的灰铸铁缸体工艺,其气孔缺陷易产生在浇注位置顶面,即缸体顶面。防止措施的重点是:工艺方面,在顶面设置排气片(或棒),设置排气溢流槽;水套芯和油道芯应设计最佳的排气通道,即设置合适的排气抽针。水套芯和油道芯选材上,应选择覆膜砂合适的粒度和强度,以及尽可能低的灼减量。采用适当高的浇注温度和快的浇注速度等。
For the vertical pouring bottom casting of gray iron cylinder block using resin sand cores assembling molding, the blowhole defects easily occur on top surface of pouring position, namely the top surface of cylinder block. The key points of preventive measures are as followed: in process design, exhaust tablets or rods are set up on the top surface of cylinder blocks and exhaust overflow launder was set up; the optimal venting channels are designed in water jacket core and oil passage cores, namely optimal vent wire setting. In selecting material of water jacket core and oil passage cores, the suitable size and strength of resin coat sands should be selected, and the ignition loss is as low as possible. Proper high pouring temperature and quick pouring speed etc. should be adopted.
