大型耐热铸铁阀板的铸造

摘要 采用砂型铸造工艺试制材质为RTCr大型矩形阀板时,阀板产生了变形、冷隔等铸造缺陷。为解决上述缺陷,缩短试制时间和减少费用,采用了基于ANSYS数值分析及以蜡代替铁,以蛭石代替型砂及以凡士林代替粘结剂的工艺模拟试验。将模拟试验工艺参数运用到实际铸造生产中,解决了大型矩形阀板变形缺陷;采用适当倾斜浇注方法,消除了冷隔缺陷:最终成功生产出了大型矩形阀板。 Casting defects such as distortion and cold lap occurred in the castings when large-scale rectangular valve plates were manufactured by using of sand casting process. The numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS soft-ware. With the wax acting as metal, vermiculite acting as sand and vaseline as adhesive, process simulation experiment was done to solve the above casting defects, shorten trial manufacture time and decrease cost. After the process parameters of the simulation experiment were applied to the practice production, distortion defect of the casting was solved. The cold lap was removed by using of properly tilting pouring method. Finally, the large-scale rectangular valve plates were produced successfully.
