摘要
介绍了槽钢骨架木质结构模底板和铸铁模底板的尺寸确定原则,使用状况对比。针对模底板在使用过程中出现的问题,在制作模底板过程中,采用方钢代替槽钢增加强度,设置圆柱垫铁解决了槽钢骨架木质模底板在生产中产生的变形问题,通过在铸铁模底板的工作面上安装木质多层板垫层,解决了铸铁模底板在季节温度变化下产生粘砂、起模时间延长等问题。经生产验证,使用改进后的模底板,提高了模板的使用寿命,同时也大大提高了生产效率。
The size determination principle and application comparison of channel frame wooden and cast iron pattern mounting plate was introduced. Aiming at the problem of production, during the pattern mounting plate fabrication, the channel steel was replaced by square steel to increase plate strength, the distortion was solved by putting cylinder parallels for channel frame wooden pattern mounting plate, by mounting wooden multi-layer bedding on the working surface of cast steel pattern mounting plate, the burning-on and stripping time elongation resulted from the season and temperature variation was solved. The production practice shows that the pattern mounting plate service life and worked efficiency was increased by using the improved pattern mounting plate.
