摘要
铸件表面色泽的定量表征,对铸件挽救工程中的补材开发及选择有着极其重要的意义。文中应用CIELAB表色系统,用明度指数和色品指数对铸铁色泽进行定量测量,研究了几种典型铸铁的表面色泽,并对其铸件挽救工程中的补材匹配提出建议。
The quantitative characterization of casting surface color and lustre has very important significance to the development and selection of the filling material in casting save project. The CIE LAB table color system was applied in this article, with the brightness and chromaticity index to the quantitative measurement of surface color and lustre, cast iron surface color and lustre of several kinds of typical cast iron were studied, and the filling materials in casting save engineering matching are proposed.
