摘要
研究了合金元素Bi的加入对18%Si、22%Si和26%Si铝硅合金流动性、线膨胀的影响规律。结果表明:Bi的加入可以显著提高Al-xSi(x=18-26)的流动性,在Al—26Si中加入3%的Bi时,其螺旋试样长度比不加Bi时增加了约43%;Bi的加入同时还影响到合金的线膨胀,对Al-18Si来说,Bi的加入会降低其平均线膨胀率;对Al-22Si和Al-26Si来说,Bi加入有增加其线膨胀的趋势。此外,Bi的加入使得该类过共晶铝硅合金在250℃到300℃之间有相变发生。
The effects on the fluidity and linear expansion of the 18%Si, 22%Si and 26%Si aluminum-silicon alloys by adding Bi were studied. The results show that the addition of Bi can significantly increase the Al-xSi (x=18-26) fluidity, the addition of 3% Bi in Al-26Si, the spiral sample length increased by about 43% than without Bi; Bi addition also affects alloy expansion, the average line expansion rate of Al-18Si was reduced because of adding Bi; for Al-22Si and Al-26Si, linear expansion trend growth with the addition of Bi. In addition, the phase transformation occurs from 250 ℃to 300 ℃ in the hypereutectic aluminum silicon alloy with adding Bi.
