摘要
采用真空座滴法研究了铝基碳化硼复合材料基板与铝合金熔体之间的结合过程,揭示两种材料的结合机理。结果表明液态铝合金和铝基碳化硼复合材料之间的结合可分为三个阶段:缓慢铺展阶段,由表面张力驱动;渗透阶段,由毛细作用力驱动;平衡阶段。
Sessile drop technique in vacuum was used to study the wetting process of B4C substrate and aluminum alloy melt. The bonding mechanism between tow materials was investigated. The combination between layers has been investigated and the process of the liquid metal combined with the ceramic B4C particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite layer could be divided into three stages: a slowly spreading stage, which is driven by the surface tension, an infiltration stage, which is driven by capillary force, and an equilibrium stage.
