摘要
MOOC作为教育领域的变革者,正开始从在线教育培训进入到企业培训领域,但它对人力资源管理的影响同样是深刻的,特别对于整个人力资源管理的价值链条都会产生一定程度的改变。而随着MOOC在企业应用中的不断深入,不仅会对MOOC自身,而且对企业培训,乃至企业人力资源的作用都会提出新的要求,这将推进人力资源管理进入到战略管理的价值层面。
As a revolutionary in education, MOOC is expanding its sphere of influence from college education to enterprise training. MOOC' s effects on human resource management also are profound, especially to the value chain. The entire human resources management will have a certain degree of change because of the joint of MOOC. With the increasingly deepen application of MOOC in enterprises, not only on for MOOC itself, but also for the enterprise training, and even, the role of corporate human resources in enterprises are faced with new requirement. This will promote human resources management into value level of strategic management.
