摘要
MOOC是个新鲜事物,自诞生以来就对现代教育模式和培训理念产生着强烈的冲击。目前,关于MOOC的成熟文献研究还相对较少,相关观点和评价散见于国内外博客、论坛和报刊。本文的目的在于对MOOC的起源、发展轨迹、学习范式进行梳理,分析其可能给企业员工培训领域带来的机遇和挑战,并为企业如何更好地适应和运用MOOC开展员工培训提出建议。
As a new thing, MOOC is impacting the modem education model and training philosophy fiercely ever since its birth. At present, there is relatively few mature research literature about this topic, views and evaluations are dispersing in domestic and foreign Blogs, BBS and newspapers. This paper, s aim is to explain the origin and development of MOOC, study its learning paradigm, analyze the opportunities and challenges that MOOC may bring to enterprise staff training, and give suggestions to enterprise about how to better use and adapt to MOOC in staff training.
