摘要
指出了三峡地区乡镇环保规划直接关系到库区生态环境能否健康发展。就规划中出现的问题、规划重点进行了研究,并以三斗坪镇环保规划为例,采用目标控制、环境质量评价、环境功能区划等规划手段,提出了大气环境、水环境和声环境保护规划方案。
