摘要
三倍体无籽西瓜具有多倍体优势和杂种优势,其突出特点是无籽、抗病性强、耐贮运性好、可溶性固形物含量较高,但是"三低问题"限制了其发展。种子引发处理作为一种可以提高种子品质、改善萌发特性的技术,近年来在无籽西瓜种子加工处理方面得到广泛应用。根据有关文献,主要从引起无籽西瓜种子萌发的障碍、种子引发处理方法在无籽西瓜种子上的应用及其效果、以及影响引发效果的因素等方面进行了综述,并对种子引发技术在无籽西瓜上的应用前景进行了展望。
In addition to polyploidy and heterosis,triploid watermelon has advantages of high sugar content,good eating quality, high and stable yield, good disease resistance and stress tolerance, and good performance in storage and transportation. However, triploid watermelon has so called"three low"problems, low seed yield,low germination and low seedling establishment rate. The seed priming technologies have been used for triploid watermelon seed to improve seed quality in recent years, at commercial level in some countries. We review the barriers of triploid watermelons, the priming technologies and their application to triploid watermelon seeds. We also provide our view of this technology in the future in this article.
