大功率牵引电机随负载变化的热场分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了获得牵引电机温升最高点随负载变化的规律,研究大功率牵引电机随负载变化的温度场。根据电机实际运行情况,考虑转子通风孔部分堵塞以及集肤效应对转子电阻的影响,建立采用轴向通风系统的具有校正转子电阻下的大功率牵引电机热模型。利用Simulink提供的模块构造仿真模型计算电机在负载变化时各重要部件的损耗,模拟电机各重要部件温升随负载的变化,分析计算温升最高值及位置点。仿真计算结果表明:电机转子的温度始终高于定子的温度,在定子区域,定子绕组温度高于定子铁芯温度。当转子通风孔出现阻塞时,电机各重要部件的温升明显升高,符合大功率牵引电机随负载变化的热场实际情况。 The temperature filed of high-power traction motor with varied load was analyzed. Considering the skin effect and the rotor vents blockage, thermal model which has a correction of rotor resistance based on axial ventilating system was established according to the practical operation. A simulation model was established by Simulink. The loss and the temperature variation of the important components were calculated under different loads. The highest temperature point aod its position were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that rotor temperature is always higher than stator temperature, and stator winding temperature is higher than stator core temperature. The motor temperature increases apparently when the rotor vents are partially blocked and the motor temperature is varied with different loads, which corresponds with the partical temperature variation of high-power traction motor under various loads.
