钙敏感受体在血管内皮中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 钙敏感受体( calcium-sensing receptor , CaSR )对细胞内Ca2+浓度( intracellular Ca 2+concentration ,[ Ca2+] i )有着重要的调节作用。近年来,CaSR在血管内皮中的作用越来越受到关注,笔者就CaSR的结构、功能、配体的分类、基因突变以及在血管内皮的表达作一综述。
