摘要
目的探讨下肢神经松动术在临床实践中的效果,为腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的治疗和相关研究提供依据。方法选取我院2010—2013年收治的腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛患者70例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组35例。2组均采用常规康复治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时采用下肢神经松动术。观察2组治疗前后VAS评分和JOA评分。结果 2组VAS和JOA评分比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的实践过程中,下肢神经松动术治疗效果显著,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的可靠选择。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lower limb nerve mobilization ,and provide evidence for the treat-ment and researching of sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation .Methods 70 patients with sciatica resulted from lum-bar disc herniation were divided into treatment group （n=35） and control group （n=35） in our institution from 2010 to 2013 . The two groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment ,and the treatment group received lower limb nerve mobilization . The score of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and Japanese Orthopaedic Association score （JOA score） were observed before and after treatment .Results The score of VAS was significantly lower （P〈0 .05） ,and the JOA score was significantly higher （P〈0 .05） in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment .Conclusion The lower limb nerve mobilization is ef-fective on sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation ,and it is a perfect treatment alternative .
