介绍了PVC树脂干燥及空气加热器的工作流程,提出了消除空气加热器汽锤的改造方案,并进行了经济效益分析,提出了最终的改造流程,实施后,效果显著。
The flowsheet of polyvinyl chloride resin drying process and the air-heating process are introduced simply, three reformation of air heater to remove water hammer are put forward and the relative calculation is carried out, and the process of air heater after reformation is steady.
