摘要
本文分析了CT床扫描过程中发生故障的编码器的原安装结构,指出各连接件在轴线方向上安装不平行是导致故障的主要原因,并阐述了编码器的浮动式安装过程及性能测试结果。浮动式安装解决了编码器的故障。
This paper analyzed the original installation structures of the encoder malfunctioned in the scanning process of CT bed, and pointed out that the unparallel installation of various adapting pieces of the encoder was the failure cause. Then this paper introduced the lfoating installation process of the encoder as well as corresponding performance test results. The failure of the encoder was solved with the application of the lfoating installation process.
