摘要
目的:结合计算机X线摄影(CR)设备的常见故障及处理方法,总结出合理有效的维护保养方法,以达到提升设备的安全运行质量、延长设备使用寿命的目的。方法:分析CR设备在使用中遇到的问题,归纳其故障产生的原因,总结经验,制定出一套针对柯达CR950成像系统的维护保养措施。结果:通过CR设备的维护管理,极大降低了CR的故障率。结论:有效的维护管理形成制度后能够确保设备安全运行,降低临床使用风险。
Objective：To summarize several effective methods of maintenance to improve the safe operation quality equipment, and prolong the service life of the equipment by following some of the common faults and processing method of CR. Methods：Conduct analysis of fault repair usually encountered, summed up the reasons, especially some faults, conscientiously sum up, develop a set of Kodak CR950 imaging system maintenance measures. Results： The maintenance of good management, CR will reduce the failure rate. Conclusion： The effective maintenance management system, ensure the continuous operation of equipment, reduce the clinical risk.
