摘要
本文导出了测定微型胶囊渗透性常数的公式,实验结果与理论分析有较好的一致性。并且根据所导出的公式,研究了复凝聚法中,芯料用量及芯料分子结构与微型胶囊渗透性常数的关系。结果表明,微型胶囊的渗透性常数随着芯料用量的增加而增加;不同分子结构的芯料的渗透性常数的大小,由其分子量和分子结构中所含基团的性质决定。
In the present study, equations for determining the permeability constant of microcapsules were suggested by theoretical analysis and verified by experimental results. The influence of the amount of core material added in the complex coacervation process on the permeability constant of microcapsules, and the relation between the molecular structure of core material and the permeability constant of microcapsules prepared by complex coacervation were investigated. The results indicated that the permeability constant increased with the increase of the amount of core material, and that the permeability constant for given microcapsules was determined by the molecular structure and the molecular weight of core material contained in the microcapsules.
