摘要临产前发生胎膜破裂即为胎膜早破（premature：uptureofmembranes,PROM）,其中妊娠37周以后发生的胎膜破裂称为足月胎膜早破（PROM of term,tPRoM）。研究表明,大约60%的胎膜早破发生于足月妊娠[1],此时胎儿已经发育成熟,以哪种方式结束妊娠以达到最大限度地降低胎膜破裂引起的母婴危害,目前尚无统一标准。
