平行多列油气装置的自动负荷分配及控制

摘要 为满足大型油田平行多列工艺设施稳定生产的需要,对每列装置的负荷分配进行了研究,分析了生产中每列装置都需要在处理能力范围内平稳运行、避免偏流的现状。对油气处理的生产状况进行了调查,提出了一种自动的负荷分配和控制方案,具体给出了解决方案和关键技术要求。实际应用表明,该方案能改善工艺系统的适应性能,消除偏流等因素造成的生产不稳定性,具有良好的可靠性和可用性。 To satisfy the requirement of steady production of the parallel multi-train process facilities in large oil field, the load distribution for each train has been researched, and the current situation of requesting each train runs stably within the range of processing capability and avoiding bias flow in production is analyzed. The production status of oil and gas treatment is investigated, and the automatic load distribution and control scheme is proposed. The solutions and key technical requirements are given specifically. The practical application indicates that the scheme improves the adaptability of the process system and eliminates the factors including bias flow that brings instability to the production ; the scheme possesses excellent reliability and availability.
