摘要
历史悠久且承载着丰富文化涵义的关中民居,以其鲜明的地域特色和文化秉性成为中国民居版图上的亮丽奇葩。但改革开放以来,随着民众物质水平的提高和外来信息的熏染,传统关中民居在很多方面发生变异。村落布局、民居结构和建筑材料,包括民居建筑中的民俗元素与建筑用工形式等都发生嬗变,民众居住理念也由村落自主盖房转变为城镇投资买房。这些变异带来了诸多的文化讨论话题。
Nowadays,Guanzhong folk dwellings,which have a long standing history and rich culture connotation,show distinctive regional features in Chinese residential building.But since the reform and opening up,along with the improvement of peoples material living standard and edification of external information,traditional Guanzhong folk dwellings have been changed in many aspects.Evolutions come up in the village layout,house construction and building materials,including folklore elements as well as house building employment form.Besides,peoples habitation idea has changed from building house on their own to investing on house in cities and towns.Such changes as mentioned above bring about a lot of arguments.
